Rebuilt Scout into a multi-assistant support app with retrieval, source management, and a private admin dashboard.
Built admin tools so staff could update sources, review unanswered questions, and tune assistants without code changes.
Structured dozens of legal policies, procedures, and foundation documents for document search and retrieval.
Presented Scout to leadership and built automations for intake, weekly updates, reporting, and owner handoff.
